• The GfK Consumer Confidence Index fell by two points to -19 in November.
• All five measures were down in November compared to last month.

General economic situation

• Consumer perceptions of the general economic situation over the past 12 months fell one point to -43, four points worse than in November 2024.
• Expectations for the general economic situation over the next 12 months dropped two points to -32, six points worse than this time last year.

Personal finances

• The personal finances index for the past 12 months fell two points to -7, two points higher than November 2024.
• Expectations for personal finances over the next 12 months fell two points to 1, two points higher than the same month last year.

Major purchases

• The Major Purchase Index fell three points to -15, one point higher than this time last year.

Savings Index (not included in the overall measure)

• The Savings Index fell five points to 24, the same level as this time last year.
