  • What kind of support do I get during my trial?
  • Our membership team is available to help you get the most out of your free trial. Simply contact us and we’ll help you find what you are looking for, or direct you to the most appropriate resource.

  • What happens after I submit the application form?
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately (check your spam folder too). We’ll then assess your application where we may get back to you for verification purposes. We’ll then try to tailor your trial to make it more relevant and valuable to you. You’ll then receive an email with a secure link so you can create your account password. Then you’re off!

  • How soon can I begin my trial after I submit my application form?
  • We aim to assess your application form within four hours of submission (this can take longer if we need to verify something, or at weekends). Once we approve your application we’ll then email you so you can set up your account.

  • Can I suspend my trial if I am on holiday for example?
  • Yes. Simply contact us and we can put your trial ‘on pause’ for a limited time.

  • What happens at the end of my trial?
  • We’ll email you to see how you got on and also offer you a chance to speak with one of our analysts if you have any questions. You do not need to cancel anything at the end. We do not seek payment.

  • Can more than one person use my free trial account?
  • No. We only allow one user per free trial account.

  • Can I take out more than one trial?
  • No. We only allow one free trial per user.
